In the case where I have a personnal mobile phone with 2 SIM cards with one being personnal and the other being dedicated to professionnal purpose, is it possible to declare the professional one in MobiControl in order to let MobiControl manage the calls in this SIM card?
What are the device platform, enrollment mode and firmware version of the devices you are talking about?
As far as I know, there is currently no existing MDM solution or device firmware that support one of the device's two SIM cards to be dedicated to work-related tasks and manageable by MDM, while the other dedicated to personal use.
BTW, what do you actually mean when you said "managing the calls"?
It's for an Android 7.0 (and beyond) in work profile.
To be more accurate, i want the log of the calls and SMS in the SIM Cards from the personnal side and the work side to be separated, just like the content of an application in the work profile being separated from the content of this same application in the personnal profile.
Call and SIM logs are managed by the kernel/system software and not configurable by third-part software. As said earlier, I am not personally aware of any particular device brand/model with firmware that supports dedicating one SIM card number for work-related tasks and the other SIM card number for personal non-work-related tasks.

I have received the information from the team that we currently do not have the ability to manage multiple SIM cards in MobiControl and so, do not have a proper way to distinguish properties (like logs) between two sims on a single mobile device.
