Devices reports switch to user mode without a previous entry for admin mode

There are several events on DS that reports the device to switch into user mode, without a previous switch to admin mode.

Most of them looks as being reported early in the morning (probably on devices turning on)

Is there a way to end user switch to admin mode and prevent to dispatch events or erase them before being sent to DS ?

Are your problematic devices deployed with lockdown-menu/kiosk mode?

What are the active MDM api's reported on such devices?  What about the version and build numbers of the device agent?

Is the device administrator password (configured with authentication profile payload) changed regularly?

If they are Zebra TC8000, TC70, or TC75 devices then you might be seeing evidence of a long established bug with the agent for those device types.

Hi Raymond.

Follow info:

They are locked by lockdown and authentication password.

The password changes periodically and only I have it. The team support request to change admin off by script and produces a register in the log when they do it.

Agent Version14.4.2.1039 API Level 28, supporting SamsungMdmV57, Samsung RC v1, 839, Work Managed Device   It s a Samsung A10S enrolled as Enterprise Work Managed Device.  The effect could be something as the end user request to disconnect and when reconnects it reports as changed to user mode, but not sure.

Hi Matt. They are Samsung devices. We also have Zebra, but has not identified such events on them.
