How to SOTI agent always connected to server

i have some issue that

SOTI agent offline when screen off  , so, i can not remote or send script to that device, 

in this case for . to resetpasscode script " i have problem user have been forgot passcode" i want to resetpasscode but device offline to reset, so i want to stay awake all time even lockscreen.

or who have other solution to fixed it, please advise

Disable doze mode via feature control profile (connectivity) and test again.

Some manufacturers allow youto do this in their oem config app as well (sometimes more specific to some apps) as well .

Low power modes on some device brands/models may cause mentioned issue in MobiControl device agent.  Some device brands may have related  managed-configuration parameters in their OEMConfig compliant app/Mobicontrol-profile to fix some of the issues for their devices in supported Android-Enterprise mode(s).

Also, scheduled task profile with appropriate scripts may be used in some device models to wake the device agent at regular interval or scheduled times.

However, your problem may still be there if the device is powered off or offline (e.g. due to poor/no network connections, etc.) when the required device action request is made.  Please note that platform specific push notification service for various device platforms usually have some limited capability to store and retry such command request so that the device will receive it when it is powered on or on-line again.
