Hi! My qestion is: After factory reset, how can I safe the soti agent on device? If I do factory reset on the tc26 (for example), What will happen with soti agent? I think so, soti agent will survive in the „enterprise” folder. Is it correct?
For most device brands, performing a factory reset operation will clean up everything (including the MobiControl device agent) on the device.
Zebra devices are different. The MobiControl device agent is installed in the "enterprise partition", which is not cleaned up by a NORMAL factory reset from device's Settings or MDM server. However, a full factory reset that also cleans up the enterprise partition can be initiated with Zebra MX using the right XML specifying the required operation.
