I currently have Samsung equipment with the S.O. 6.0.1
and I need the phone number of the cell phone to appear in the "NextGeneration" console window.
I currently appear as "+52" which is the lada of Mexico.

If you get no or partial number shown for device on your MobiControl web console, you have to contact the Cellular phone operator to get a new SIM card with the full phone number stored in the right place for phone firmware to read out. We had governmental customers in Hong Kong with the same problem in the past. They got their phone numbers properly displayed after getting properly formatted SIM cards from their mobile phone operator.
