USB Debugging - Mass Storage not available

I use an Zebra MC9300 with Android 11 and activated USB debugging and the mass torgae to get access to the scanner with an USB connection. So fine so good that worked till we changed the battery. 

Now i have the issue that the mass storage is not available as you can see in the picture below.

I also activated the usb debugging with feature control but no option for the mass storage.

Do you have any idea?

Maybe try the Zebra OEMConfig app.

There are 2 options regarding this:

- Allow Device User Control USB

- Configure Default Client Mode

Without any firmware or device agent changes,  the mentioned feature-control should remain working after a simple battery hardware change.  Was your so called battery-change actually done by third-party serviceman, who might have also upgraded your device firmware or even some hardware other than the battery?

If not,  you can try revoking the profile with the feature-control payload, and then have the device cold-booted, and have the profile re-deployed to see if it works again.

Yes i tried this but it did not solve the issue.
