We are working on a project to migrate 1100 unenrolled devices (Android & iPhone) over to MobiControl.  What would be the most efficient way to mass enroll the iPhones?

Please note that enrolling iOS devices to DEP supervised mode or Android devices to Android Enterprise Device Owner Mode both need the device to be factory reset.  The migration will be much easier if data back-up and restoring before and after the enrollment need not be considered. DEP enrollment is straightforward and just need initiation of factory reset after all configurations have been properly set.  Bulk enrollment of Android Enterprise devices can be speed up using either QR code or NFC bump with MobiControl Stage running on a provisioning device.

From at technical perspective? Replace them with Android devices!

Assuming thats not a viable option, we'll need more information on your use case. Are the iPhones already in use? Are they going to be used in a BYOD scenario or for something else?

Department we are migrating gives users the option for Android / iPhones.  Some people prefer one vs the other.  Devices are already in use so will need to be factory reset.  Devices will not be BYOD.  I'm feeling for the 40/45% iPhone users it's is going to just have to be the long arduous process.   Providing s/n to vendor, having them enrolled and have all users reconfigure their devices.

Hello Robert - SOTI MobiControl provides you with multiple options for devices enrollment, to start with, Apple devices can be mass enrolled with DEP, and Android with MobiControl Stage Programmer. Could you please let us know more details on the kind of Android devices you have? Thank you!
