UNITECH EA600 Agent for MOBICONTROL V15.4.2.1020

Hello,

I can't find an agent that works on the UNITECH EA600 with the MOBICONTROL V15.4.2.1020 console.
I downloaded on the following page "https://docs.soti.net/mobicontrolagentdownloads/" the device agent V13.5.1 for the EA600 but it does not work.
Do you have a version of the device agent that allows to register the devices in the SOTI MOBICONTROL console?

As your device is quite old with Android 5.x firmware and support with v13.x device agent,  I believe your best solution is to use an older v14.x (or even v13.x) MobiControl server to manage such device.  The chance of having a newer device agent to work with MobiControl v15.x is likely very slim.

Thanks to SOTI support for their help.

The solution was to force the compatibility of the version of the agent that did not exist on our new maintenance version (MobiControl v15.4)

This consisted in adding the agent details to the database with a synchronization of services.

The agent in the EA600 terminal remains in version 13.3.2.1014.

Everything works perfectly.
