I have enrolled a Fully Managed Android device with a lockdown profile, which include the default messages app com.samsung.android.messages however when I try to open the app I get the message 'Messages can only be used by the owner of the device'. Is there any way to change the permissions to be able to open and use the Messages app?
Please provide more details.
- Is there notification/pop-up message on device screen prompting for change(s) in app permission(s) associated with com.samsung.android.messages?
- Do you get similar message if the lockdown is disabled?
The message pops up at the bottom of the screen after opening the Messages app
It also shows when lockdown is disabled
