Android Enterprise is a requirement on any of the Zebra devices running Oreo and above. Android Enterprise uses a generic agent not specific to any manufacturer along with a OEM specific plugin to enable features for that OEM. SOTI has been adding more and more Zebra capability to their generic AE agent so the plugin is becoming less and less necessary over time for Zebra devices but it is still recommended for now. 

Hello Matt I have another zebra MC9030B

I am able to enroll it with Android Enterprise but I cannot assign a lockdown

I tried with the 4 options that I have available

Classic, Work Managed, Work Profile and Corporate Personal

Do you know if Android Enterprise can use lockdown? and how?

Is the device enrolled under AEDO and showing Fully Managed? You will need to use the Work Managed option assuming it is enrolled correctly.
