Our devices are organized in different groups, and we are using only one Add device rule.

The authentication method of the users is based on Active Directory groups.

I thought if i create different or additional Add device group (based on different AD group) the device would enroll in a different MC device group, but once i enter a user from that new group, i receive authentication error, as if the default add device rule is blocking all other rules.

I don't know, if i can achieve was described above in MobiControl or  not.

I precise, we have SOTI MobiControl version 13.2 with Generic Android agents installed.
