Device cannot connect to Server

Hi,

Has anyone experienced the same thing, some of our Samsung devices that use the latest agent version 15.4.4.1063 can't connect to the server and after I check the device details it appears like this.

What device model(s) and firmware version(s) are your problematic device(s)?

Have you retried enrollment on the same device and got CONSISTENT result as shown in your attached image each time?  Is the problem gone if you use a different device agent of a different version?

Can you please confirm the method of enrollment you are using for this device? Please also provide the device model, and OS.

Does this happen to any other devices you enroll?
