What device model(s) and firmware version(s) are your problematic device(s)?
Have you retried enrollment on the same device and got CONSISTENT result as shown in your attached image each time? Is the problem gone if you use a different device agent of a different version?

Can you please confirm the method of enrollment you are using for this device? Please also provide the device model, and OS.
