Hi Everyone,
can anyone provide information how to deal with paid apps / licenses on managed Google Play accounts? Right now i am not able to either add paid apps or to use the In-App functionality of some applications as the purchasing process won't start.

Buying apps that support bulk licenses is currently available to customers in the U.S. and Canada.
You must be a registered managed Google Play administrator. Your administrator account also must have a Google Account with an associated payment card.
This might be the cause of the issue you are facing. I would recommend contacting Google if any more information is required on this process of approving paid apps in Managed Playstore.
