Have you successfully enrolled any Windows 10 device onto your MobiControl Server?  What about any Android or iOS devices to your server?

Is the integration of AD server done on your MobiControl server?

Is your server a production or evaluation server?  On-premises or cloud-based?   What is the version and build number of your MobiControl Server?

Please verify that you're running the minimum required version of Windows 10 that supports enrollment via provisioning packages:

• Windows 10, version 1709 and later
