I had a lot of difficulty in the beginning to understand the functioning of Windows Modern and SOTI. There is no additional documentation online for this and I don't know if I can publish the documents I received from support team.

@JCMOD is very interesting to review this information inside the help files, so that Windows has more use by the customer in the world, the process of creating the Windows Configuration Designer is quite complicated and needs attention to run. Do you think you can work on something to envolve this kind of material?

Check with your local or commercial support team to get access of the provisioning document using Windows Configuration Designer. To perform the installation I recommend that you leave WNS disabled. You can look at the Windows logs to understand where your error is occurring. I will put an link below for you to locate these log files and manage your troubleshooting proccess

Also ask about a WNS internal material, i got one in spanish languague and help me a lot to understand how MC and WNS works and how I can create a WNS to bind it with Global Settings. There is no online or public document/material about it on official help sites.

Today we have about 1000 device running Windows Modern with a great perfomance for IT support team.
