We're uploading log files from an application across multiple devices.
When enrolling the devices, we used the serial number to name them. When uploading the file to a shared repository using a file sync rule, I can only get the folders to be named the Device ID (IMEI)
Can anyone suggest another option for me to try or is this not possible.
I don't think what you want is currently supported.
One possible trick to have something similar is probably to put each device under a separate folder with name same as the device serial number, and then enable the file-sync rule option "Use Device Tree Path as subfolders for downloading files".
if you name the devices based on Serial Number, you can use "subfolder with device tree path"
That way the folder will named as the device named which is serial number.
Anyway if you read this message, may i ask you do you keep the file in the server for 1 years or more?
Do you delete some files frequently from the server?
