Can you please share what are you trying to achieve and where are you trying to create a tag?

You can create a Support case to have a Support agent assist you with this.

The problem that the character 'x' can not be handled properly in the tag field when starting a discussion is known for quite some time.  Hope this can be handled promptly by Soti.
