SIM Card Number Not Visible on Zebra TC56 Device

Hello,

I am currently performing tests on the Zebra TC56, TC15, and TC57 models. On the TC15 and TC57 devices, the SIM card numbers are displayed correctly on the console. However, the SIM card number is not visible on the TC56 model.

The Android versions of the devices are as follows:

  • TC56: Android 8 (cannot be upgraded to a higher version)

  • TC57: Android 13

  • TC15: Android 15

Could you please advise on the reason why the SIM card number is not displayed on the TC56 device? I would appreciate your support on this matter.

Can you check if the SIM card number is shown correctly on the device itself?

And you used always same SIM card on all the different devices i guess?

Hi, Rafeal. The SIM card number is correct. I think it's an Android-related issue.

Not sure what country are you from and what do you mean by SIM card numbers (if ICCID or phone number) but for example in Slovakia the phone numbers started showing in Soti only since Android 13

You're right, Mike. From what I can tell, it's working fine on Android 13 and 14.
