Hi All, 

we have a large number and variety of samsung devices with both Android Plus and Android enterprise agents. The majority have SOTI kiosks on them but we see that many are not ever receiving firmware updates. 

On my personal phone i get a prompt to download and install firmware updates. Would the  SOTI kiosk block this behaviour ? we do not use EFOTA services
