at the moment i'm trying to enroll an Samsung A8 smartphone based on android 9 with the COPE mode. the enrollment process work fine and the phone is enrolled as an personal enabled device. but.... as well in the personal area as also in the managed work profile area the system apps are missing. i know i can enable the system apps for example the camera with the following script..

enable_system_app com.sec.android.app.camera

it works also for the most of the other system apps...... my problem ... if i send the script manually by soti web console the camera app will be enabled in the personal area but not in the managed area. if i send the script by package / profile the camera app are enabled in the managed area but not in the personal area. but i need the app in booth areas.

any idea.
