Hi,
I want to import contacts by vcf file onto Honeywell CT60XP devices with 90.00.10 build, enrolled as work managed. MobiControl Version 15.6.

Where can I download the import_contacts.apk ?
You don't need the apk.
Lookup "import_contacts_vcf" here: https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v15.5/en/scriptcmds/reference/androidplus_enterprise_do.html
But be aware that option "1" will create doubles and not for sure just replace/update existing ones if executed multiple times.
