If all the Huawei Android+ agents do not work on your device, you can try Android Enterprise device agent running in managed-device mode.  Below are some of the steps I suggested in an earlier post:

The device must be factory reset, and you have to input afw@mobicontrol when you're prompted for the google account name.  Follow whatever instructions are shown and you should be able to get the AE/AFW agent running in managed-device mode.  Of course, you need to have a properly configured Add-Devices rule added.  Choose "Managed Google Play Accounts"  in the Android-Management tab.  You will be temporarily brought to a Google's Portal and you have to add an MGPA account there.   Your device needs to get some AE/AFW related software downloaded from Google, before you can get a machine generated Google account automatically assigned to your device.
