I have a Huawei P20 Pro enrolled using the Huawei Mate agent.   I am experiencing quite a few issue's pushing profiles especially 

  • Email profile  does not push. 
  • Screen lock code cannot be entered while in remote mode
  • Block OS upgrade profile does NOT work
  • Remote reset pincode does not work
  • Device constantly disconnect from console ( tried script for doze mode did not work 

Before you say to use to go to Android enterprise agent  this cannot be a solution as we are not set-up to use this yet.  Nor will we be  this year.

Hi Simon,

I assume that you're using Android Plus agent and the issue(s) you've mentioned could either be device specific or due to some problems on the server or on the agent side. We would need more detailed information to troubleshoot further on your issues.
I would suggest you to log a new support case to SOTI Support with detailed information about your issues in order to have those answered.

Based on your other posts last November, I assumed your MobiConrol server is still s 13.2.0.3247, which is very old, considering the  enormous and very rapid changes in Android platforms in the last two years.  However, the devices you have problems with ( LG QStylo + and  Huawei  P20 Pro) are relatively new models running Android 8.x.   

Also, I believe device agents of v13.5, 13.5.1 or v13.6.0 were not built to work with v13.2.x server.  You probably need at least any of the last few patches of v13.4.0 to take full advantages of the new features and bug fixes. 

There are such big mismatch between your server and the device model/firmware, and my gut feeling is that your server version is definitely one of the cause of the problem(s).

Hello,  we are running Mobi Control Version 14.2.  Off the install of the agent , I get agent is not compatible.  LG G7 device is running android V8.1
