I have 3 Huawei P20 Lite smartphones with Android 8.0 and Mobicontrol Android Enterprise device agent 13.6.0 Build 1567 installed, enrolled, sucribed and connected to a Mobicontrol Deployment Server (14.2.2.1170) in a Wifi Network with dedicated 50MB internet access that have been online for two days now and still stucked in "Configuring Google Account" pending action screen.

I already did all the suggested actions in one similar post, factory reseting the device, changing to a cellular network, removing the google account, adding manually de google account for Android Enterprie of my company, removing it, etc. and nothing is happening.

I really do not thing this issue should be considered as solved

Any suggestions?

Have you retried your enrollment with a brand new add-devices rule using Managed-Google-Play account?

Have you tried using the same Wifi/cellular network, manged-google-account, etc. to enrol devices of other brand(s)/model(s)?   If so,  were they all successful, all failed, or what?

Have you ever successfully enrolled any Android Enterprise device with your MobiControl server (or any version/build  prior to upgrading to 14.2.2.1170)?   What was set as your device management address and primary agent address in MCadmin.exe of your server?  Have you successfully enrolled any Android Plus device(s) on your server?

The above questions are meant to rule out possible problems due to Mobicontrol server settings, networks, or Huawei firmware.  If your problem is actually caused by Google's server (e.g. server maintenance, play support services upgrade, etc) then you can only wait until Google fix the problem on their side.  There is nothing any end customer or MDM/EMM vendor can do.   As mentioned in my previous post,  this had  happened multiple times in the past 12 months in Hong Kong ,when I went on-site to a governmental customer to perform device enrollment professional services, and when I did android enterprise feature/compatibility tests for various different device brands.
