Can you please provide us some more information about the error you are getting while access remote. Also, let us know if you are facing this issue with the legacy plugin or web-based remote. Can you also check if there is a new firmware update available for the devices? There was a known issue with Samsung 8.0 for which they had released a new firmware upgrade to resolve the remote issue.
 
On the latest firmware for Samsung  8.0 remoter control is working fine.
