Mobicontrol used to support SILENT (i.e. without any advance message/prompt on the device screen to the device end-user) remote control session, but I haven't set this up for my customers for quite some time, and so I am not 100% sure if it is still supported in latest versions/releases.  Some table in the Microsoft SQL database needs to be modified directly to allow related permission configurable for selected administrator(s) of the web console.  Even if supported, the capability on what device-side information can be seen vary with evolving restrictions imposed by different device platform owners.   Also, latest privacy laws in certain countries might forbid such "SILENT" function to be enabled/implemented.

after accepting it on device side, is it then remote view or remote control?

If it's only remote view, check if your device(s) need a plugin or anything else to be setup to grant the relevant permissions o the agent to do it silent and control instead of just view.
If it's remote control already, check the user permissions for the groups the devices are in. There's a setting in users and permissions for each user, group or role for device group permission -> click relevant folder -> remote control -> control without notification

And just a side note: Depending on how the RC is implemented for the relevant device and/or handled by the oem, it can be that the enduser can still see the RC icon in the status bar.
