Hello,
is it possible to configure a message for the user/device, that there will come a remote control? I must inform the user that i have a look on the device before i remote and he must give the ok because it is necessary with the DSGVO.

If we're talking about AE Fully Managed, this would be a Feature Request by the sounds of it. If It's a Work Profile instead then it would request the end-users input before allowing the Remote session, mainly because the device type is BYOD (Personal).

I used the version of mobicontrol on version v 13 3 0 34 54 and when i need to make a remote on the device
I send a message with the hours I will take the remote.
Often, it's a problem on the device can't be used ..the user is available :)
I send a message with a confirm option.
Right click on device -> send message -> select option until user press ok
Yes, i can do that. But this is no solution for the DSGVO. In this case the user must allow the remote. And with the message i only let him know that i have a look on the device.
Maybe there is an automatic option to let him know before i remote....

I found a solution: The users cannot be administrator for mobi control. They must be Beyond users. Than i can change the stetting for the notice in the cloud.
