Hi Guys,
can anyone test this in their environment, as titel states?
On 14.2.2 Device Reports only work on Non-Virtual Groups, and in the patch notes for other releases i did not found a bug fix.
Thanks in advance.

As a device can be associated with unlimited number of virtual groups, most reports will not include any device items in any virtual groups to avoid any possible duplications. This is not a bug, but intentional.
I personally think this arrangement is OK, as the primary goal of having virtual group is to allow smart deployment of rules, rather than for report generation.
Hi Raymon,
my understanding of this is, when i run a report on 1 specific virtual group as an example "out of contact" there is no possability for duplicates since the report is built per device.
We use virtual groups for rules too and for fast and easy grouping purposes.
You can have 40 Sites with 3 Types of Devices, if you want to monitor the 3 Categorys of Devices (i.e. Application(COSU), Manufacturer), we created 3 Virtual Groups.
I mean i can run 40 Reports for every SITEs own Category of those Devices, but i guess the better way is having the functionality of running reports on virtual groups.
