Hi Ruwan,

What is the error message that you face? Are you trying to enroll this device first time to Mobicontrol, or these were enrolled earlier? Is there any network related difference (such as ports) between AD devices and others(that you can enroll well)?

I've faced something similar earlier and as far as I remember below one helped me:

1. Open Regedit.
2. Navigate to "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Enrollments".
3. Change the value of "ExternallyManaged" from 1 to 0.

For a double check before changing anything from regedit, you can export current settings and save it, just in case.

As Zafer has mentioned, can you please provide a screenshot of the error that you get when trying to enroll your windows devices? 

Is it possible for you to enroll your devices without the domain and then add it after once it is properly enrolled?
