Hi,
I want to upgrade our Galaxy Tab S4 devices from ELM version 13.7.5 to 14.0.0 the agent upgrade is enabled on the server (ver. 14.1.3.1587) however, when I click on "upgrade agent" the site says "The action cannot be executed because the agent is already compatible"
Got any suggestions here?

Mobicontrol Server 14.1.3.1587 was released on 30th April 2018 and Agent 13.7.5 on 3rd July 2019 so it's most likely agent in DB will be lesser version than 13.7.5 hence it's throwing "agent is already compatible" message.
If you need to upgrade the agent to ver. 14, you can either manually injection the 14.0 agent in DB or use file sync method (recommended) to upgrade the agent on devices

As responded in your other thread, Try going to Manage Android Agents and Plugins within the legacy console.(Legacy Console -> All Platforms -> Servers -> Global Settings -> Manage Android Agents and Plugins). You should then be able to manage your Samsung agent
Not sure if Mobicontrol 14.1.3 has this feature. If it is, then yes it's the perfect way to get the latest agent available at SOTI website.

unfortunately I do not have this feature, I should mention that We use mobicontrol Cloud, so I do not have access to the DB...or at least I don't know how to do it :)
SOTI Support has to do an Agent Injection with you.
They will update and reference the new device agent in the db for you and then you will be able to upgrade your devices.
The other possibylity for u is to upgrad to version 14.45 and use the agent upgrad feature that was implemented.
Agent upgrade via File Sync method:
- Download required agent from https://docs.soti.net/mobicontrolagentdownloads
- On SOTI Web console, under rules section for Android+ select File Sync
- Create new file sync rule with options below:
Direction -
Server File / Folder Name: Shared folder where you have kept downloaded agent named mobicontrolagent.apk (\\networkshare\foldername\mobicontrolagent.apk)
Target - A test device
Advanced settings :
Only Transmit Files When - Destination file doesnot exist
Scripts :
After file synchronization has completed execute script: install %sdcard%mobicontrolagent.apk
Only execute if files transmitted - Checked
- check-in device or Sync-files now
