Hi Ashley,

SOTI Product Team confirmed that the Forget SSID functionality works for Settings Manager app but it has a limitation from Android. The functionality will be applicable only if user has connected to the Wi-Fi via the Settings Manager application.

Hope this information answered your query!

Hi Ashley,

Thanks for posting an interesting question!

When you click on 'Forget' on the Settings Manager, does it populate an error message? If so, please share it.

Or it behaves on usual manner and then shows the same SSID again? Please confirm.

Meanwhile, I will test this on my server and provide an update to you.

Hi DDMOD,

Thank you for your quick repsonse on this, There is no error. It acts normal as if it has forgotten ihe ssid but if you close/minimize Settings Manager and then reopen it, the SSID is still there and is saved.

Thanks,

Ashley
