Hey Everyone,
First question/post - Why is everything grayed out on this page?
I removed the actual addresses in hostname/ip address fields. But why is everything grayed?
Appreciate if anyone can point me into the right direction while I try to figure this out.

Welcome to the Soti Central Forum! Correct us if were wrong but you most likely have a onsite installation? If so, Matt is correct.
To make changes to these settings, try going to the MobiControl Administration utility which would be installed on the server at the time of MobiControl installation. I have included a link to some information on what is in each section and what options you have for configuration below.

Thanks guys! I did went into administrative utility but didn't look carefully enough...
I am able to change the FQDN and other information now.
