I can able to send message via webconsole to a android device and there is no sound or notification so that the user can see the device just receives the msg unless the user view it by himself
any script to enable sound or vibration so that the user can be notifield that he has received message

You can try something like
showmessagebox "Your Msg" NO_TIMER 4 NOTIFY_DEVICE
or
showmessagebox "Your Msg" NO_TIMER 1 NOTIFY_DEVICE
Your MobiControl device agent should be v14.0 or later.
