MobiControl API from Powershell

I am a Powershell novice. Does anyone here use Powershell to execute MobiControl APIs?

I am having problems trying to connect to the MobiControl server.

I get the following error:

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for
the SSL/TLS secure channel.

Thanks in advance.

Solved this problem. We did not have a valid certificate for https installed. Imported the cert into Mobicontrol and assigned it to the HTTPS setting which solved the problem.

That said, glad to see other ideas / examples of using powershell and the Mobicrontrol APIs.

Thanks,

Maybe a small web search would have helped you: https://github.com/noaboa97/MobiControl-cmdlets (taken from https://discussions.soti.net/thread/mobicontrol-powershell-cmdlets)

i had to add this line in the hash table for the header to solve this issue

[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12
