Hi Sergio,
first of all: no.
Second thing: If you have the apk file (officially, please don't grab from apkpure or other unofficial site because of security/functionality risks), you can provide the newer version via package or enterprise app policy to "force update" the app.
Otherwise, you can set the app update setting on the app policy to high priority but this means that the app gets updated as soon an update is detected even the user is using it.
Also keep in mind, to provide the Managed Google Play profile where you can define update time frames (windowed) to let the apps update you provide via MGP.

Completely agree here. If you are looking for true enterprise level version control of app installation including the ability to force an upgrade at a specific time, then Google Play is not the right place. Google Play currently falls tremendously short when it comes to proper version controls for our management use cases which is why I always prefer direct APK installation through SOTI, where available.
