i am having an issue with the resetpassword script on our samsung tab A devices. the script worked in the past, but ever since we upgraded the OS to android 9 the script to reset passwords to a pincode does not work. am i doing something wrong?
I think you're experiencing DA management APIs being deprecated. This is expected. I'm assuming you're managing whatever device you're referring to under DA instead of Android Enterprise DO? Definitely time to start working on your migration strategy if you haven't already. That functionality won't be coming back to DA.
