Have you tried adding something like this to lockdown - 
 <div id="id">ID: %deviceid%</div>

In any case, maybe you would want to use a report and have him/her check device name and just copy/pase device ID? You can even add 3of9 font in excel so they can scan it.

Thank you for asking your question on SOTI CENTRAL. There is a way to display the device name on the lockdown. If you edit the lockdown template within the "header" div, you enter "%DeviceName%" you will see the device name on the top left hand corner of the lockdown.

Regarding the QR Code, what is it you are trying to accomplish?

Thanks for your reply, but I would like to display the device ID and not the device name.

The goal is that the person in charge of install the device into trucks, store this data into an internal software. The best would be by scanning a QR code on the lockdown or at least a manual input.

As of now, the ability to have a QR code containing the device ID on the lock down screen is not available. This would have to be done manually with a custom lock down template, containing the QR code image (which would have to be manually generated as well) for every single device.

What we would suggest is to create a case with our Technical Support to have a Feature Request created. To create the case, please send an email to support@soti.net.

We modified the lockdown and now we can have the barcode containing the device ID.
