What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?   I don't know if the GUI in your particular server version has any bug(s) introduced.  If not, you can just directly type the bundle ID and optionally the activity name in the "BUNDLE IDENTIFIER" field and click on the green "+" button to save the entry you have input.  The list is only meant as an input aid, and your required app/activity needs not be on the list.

I have directly typed the bundle ID and optionally the activity name in the "BUNDLE IDENTIFIER" field and saved the entry, it doesn't block the activity that is why i thought its because its not on the list.

Our Agent Version: 14.5.0 Build 1011.

I'm happy to hear good news from you.  I've near forgotten about this thread.  While there are lots of new features/enhancements, the new GUI's in MobiControl v14.x and 15.x sometimes are a bit confusing, and my old customers and I have been waiting for different GUI improvements before upgrading to some particular version(s) we feel comfortable with to upgrade to.
