get disconnected when remote controling RF devices from SOTI MObicontrol

Hi Everyone,

I have noticed and they happening frequently now I am getting disconnected when remote controlling Zebra Android MC33 devices. The only wait to fix th issue is to wipe and re-enroll the devices.

If this happens, check if the device (dis-)connect time in breakets is below 0. If this is the case there is/was an issue on the device regarding time. 

Then you have to wait until it reaches 0 or greater and try again.

If this is not the case:

Open the device details and search for Agent Connect Time

I assume this is a device with the issue?

So, this time is fine (8hours, 45 or 8hours, 51).

I would try the script then otherwise i don't have any other idea.

Hi DJMOD,

Is it possible to run the script directly on the terminal instead doing it from SOTI remote control feature?

Because as I said when I remote control the terminal I am getting that message

As just said, run the legacy script from the console using "send script" command
