Hi Everyone,

If this happens, check if the device (dis-)connect time in breakets is below 0. If this is the case there is/was an issue on the device regarding time.
Then you have to wait until it reaches 0 or greater and try again.
If this is not the case:
try to send the script:

Hi Rafael,
Where do I have to check this "check if the device (dis-)connect time in breakets is below 0."?
Thks
JJC
I assume this is a device with the issue?
So, this time is fine (8hours, 45 or 8hours, 51).
I would try the script then otherwise i don't have any other idea.
Hi JJC,
Thanks for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff,
Could you please try the below script and let us know if this resolves your issue.
retryrcdetection
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent
Hi DJMOD,
Is it possible to run the script directly on the terminal instead doing it from SOTI remote control feature?
Because as I said when I remote control the terminal I am getting that message
As just said, run the legacy script from the console using "send script" command
Hi There,
I did run the script but I am still having the issue for any reason device disconnect and showing the below message.
