Hi,
I need open a web page in lockdown, I done it using Http://myurl. The page is open in Kiosk mode (fine !!) but unfortunately the refresh page (Function keys F5) doesn't work.
I have enrolled my device (Honeywell VM1 Android) with Android+, tested with Android Enterprise.
the same issue happen using Soti Surf
anyone has facing and fixed this issue.

What are the version and build number of the Soti Surf you tested with?
If I remembered correctly, there was a Soti Surf patch released a fews months ago that had the REFRESH functionality fixed/added.

The refresh don't work on RemoteControl using F5 key or you can't refresh the page on the device without remote control?

You can try also create a new profile with lockdown, i got a lot of lockdown profiles with error and remake it also solved my situation in some cases.

F5 refresh doesn't work on the device, I have create a couple of profile but this don't fix this issue.
I tryed to launch chrome package Launch://..... in this case F5 refresh button work fine but Chrome is not in kiosk mode. :(

For Soti Surf v14.4+, device users should be able to refresh contents of a webpage by pulling down from the top of a page. This is generic and should be applicable to any devices. I personally believe it is very unlikely that Soti Surf will support refresh via "F5" function key, which is specific to your Honeywell device.

Yes you are right, but unfortulately F5 key button is mandatory.
F5 key is a valid for all devices, if you open a web page with your laptop and need refresh button you must press F5.
I can open a webpage in Lockdown but I cannot refresh page.:(

I am sorry to say that your use of the word "all" is a bit misleading. I have tested hundreds of Android phones and tablets models in the last 8+ years and virtually all of them do not have any F5 hardware/software key. In the Android world as of today, Laptop running Android is a small minority in terms of model count.
BTW, could you please confirm whether the refresh function on Soti Surf v14.4+ (via pulling down from the top of a page) works on your Honeywell VM1 device?
