Questions Regarding Device Management via SOTI

I would appreciate your support regarding the following topics:

  1. We are using Galaxy XCover Pro devices running Android 13. The devices support dual SIM, but only one SIM card is inserted. Is it possible to determine through SOTI which SIM slot (SIM 1 or SIM 2) the active SIM card is using?

  2. Can we monitor the monthly mobile data usage of the devices via SOTI?

  3. Is it possible to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on the SOTI MobiControl login screen for administrator access?

  1. You would be able to see the details of the SIM cards being using under the Device Details section, did you get a chance to check the same?
  2. Can you please take a look at Hamburger Menu > Policies > Telecom Expense Management this should help you achieve what you're looking for. More Info: https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v2025.1/en/console/reference/dialogs/rules/telecomem/telecomem.html
  3. SOTI Identity MFA can be configured for customer who has Premium Plus Entitlement and Higher. Refer this link for more information: https://soti.net/services/soti-premium-and-enterprise-service/comparison/

Solution 1 may need a MC version later than 2024 if i remember correctly.
