On which OS (device) you have the problem or do you have the problem in the console?

Which login do you mean?

Etc. ...

If you are stucked in your web-console to the page prompting username and password,  there can be problem in your .NET framework or java runtime libraries, or SSO configuration if you are using Soti-Identity for a MobiControl cloud instance.

If you are stucked on the device screen with username/password prompt for a shared device or a device with kiosk mode enabled, then you have to provide more details on the policies deployed to such problematic device(s).
