Profiles no more visible

All of a sudden, the profiles list is empty in the soti webconsole. Colleagues in the same group can still see them. I've already tried to reset the console (thought there could be some hidden filter) but still nothing.

Empty Profile list

The funny thing is, I've created the profiles and now suddenly I' can't (or may not) see them anymore. Checked my permissions => still admin.

Anyone an idea?

Greetings,
Karel.

Please check if your user has the same roles assigned as your collegues in the users and permissions tab.

Hi Rafael, I've done that and have the same roles assigned as my collegues.

Even switched my user to a lower permission level and back to higer permissions just to overwrite some "leftovers" but no succes.

On top, I can't see the assigned profiles on devices neither.

Yes, that's related.

Look into the permissions of the profiles how they are set. Are the permissions granted to see the profiles done per user or usergroup/role?

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?

Is it a cloud or an on-premises instance?

Has the server been upgraded recently?

Version and build is 15.5.2.1003

We recently migrated from on-prem to cloud and aftewards enabled Azure AD integration.

Hi KAS001,

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse!

I would suggest to reach out to the Person who migrated your server from On-prem to Cloud for assistance and if you are unable to reach to that person, feel free to create a support case and one of the technical support agents can help you reach out to that person.

Kind regards,

Hi MNMOD@SOTI,

I'm already in contact with the person who did the migration, but I was thinking, why not trying her also.

Greetings, karel.

As I already asked:

You said also you migrated to AD-Users. Do you still have the local user to be able to login with to check if this has access to the profiles (you need to enable the possibility to use nosso=true)?
