I downloaded one app named Bluetooth/USB Thermal Print.
app working fine, but when I download the app under Soti, the app is now working, and I get this message.

I downloaded the PDF app, but the problem persists.
Kindly, can you support me on this?
**Note that the app works fine on one mobile phone under the same profile.

For further investigation, Could you compare the details of a working phone with those of a non-functional phone, including aspects such as the operating system version, storage capacity, profile settings (whether they are identical or different), installed packages, and any applied restrictions? Additionally, please compare the make and model of both devices.
