I downloaded one app named Bluetooth/USB Thermal Print.

app working fine, but when I download the app under Soti, the app is now working, and I get this message.

I downloaded the PDF app, but the problem persists.

Kindly, can you support me on this?

**Note that the app works fine on one mobile phone under the same profile.
