Hi,
We have recently moved from Mobicontrol v13 to v15 and also changed our devices from Samsung J3 to Honeywell EDA51.
We are having an issue with the GPS on the devices and im trying to work out if its a setting in Mobicontrol or the devices.
We run a tracking app on the device and it logged as rarely achieving GPS lock for large periods. i can see a setting in Mobicontrol called Location accuracy. Will changing this help with this or should i be looking at something else?

no but i think we have a wider issue. We have a rule set up which collects the location history every 30 minutes. It is set against all devices. It is currently 15:44 our time and i can see that the last time most of the devices gave their location was 14:00. i can also see that on the logs for these devices nothing has been recorded / logged since 14:00

To find out if location data is not shown because data in the collection buffer has not be flushed or becuase the GPS hardware cannot get the location infoarmtion due to weak/no GPS signal strength or hardware issue(s), you can add battery level in your data-collection rules and reduce the collection interval from 30-minute to 15-minute or lower.
