MobiControl will receive the code direct from Apple themselves for your device, if it doesn't work as expected then potentially you're facing unexpected behavior. If you're able to reproduce the problem and assist Technical Support in collecting all the relevant information then I suggest raising a Support Case via support@soti.net / support.eu@soti.net. We can then look at the issue together and aim to resolve it.
