Is it COPE or Work Managed Device mode ?

Remote control is supported for Android 11 devices in managed-device mode.  See screenshots when pressing the volume key remotely for a Samsung X-Cover 5 running Android 11 below:

There may be bug related to remote-control functionalites in your A01 device firmware.   Your device agent version may also be the cause, and you might need to try a different AE deivce agent.    If it is just RC-API detection problem, then sent 

     retryrcdetection  

script to the device to see if the device agent can eventually have the RC MDM API library activated.  This has been discussed in some 10+ discussion threads in this forum.

If you repeat this many many times and it still doesn't work,  then you might need to wait for Samsung to release an Android 11 device firmware patch that supports full remote-control on your device model.  Please note that the same Samsung A01 device model sold in different countries can be supported by different firmware teams and have different patch release dates/policies.

Sorry for late reply, i think RC not work in A01 Android 11 cause A01 not supported by Knox.

In your case, X Cover 5 is supported by Knox.

As far as i know, device not supported by Know won't get RC ability if upgraded to 11.
