Hi everyone, I have around 200 Samsung A01 devices enrolled to MC. To prevent upgrade to OS 11 (in 11, RC will turn to Remote View), i applied script to block the OS update. After that everything going fine, but unfortunately today i found out around 60 devices got upgraded AE agent 15.0.0.1110 and that cause RC function turn to Remote View only. Even though the device running on OS 10. Is there any way to downgrade AE agent (14.5.5.1023) to all devices affected? RC function is crucial since my client use it daily to assist sales force in their daily activity. Thanks & regards, Randy Saputra

Hi everyone, Recently I enrolled around 90 Samsung A01 devices for 1 of my client. I enrolled it using AE through Zero Touch portal. My Mobicontrol version is 15.3.0.6711 After enrollment i found out 1 device can't do Remote Control. The API that showed only Remote View. It's weird because the rest of the device all can do Remote Control. Anyone experienced this before? Maybe someone has suggestion to my issue.. Thanks & regards, Randy Saputra

Hi, I am trying to remote view an Alcatel 1S and getting the following error:- Error: The Session has been closed. Please try again. Does any one have any ideas how else to fix this issue?
I've spotted that I'm no longer able to remote control my Zebra MC33's running Oreo on Agent 14.1.6.2018 - the remote control option has been replaced with a remote view option. How can I re-instate Remote Control as without this functionality the usefulness of the MobiControl is greatly reduced. Cheers, Jon.
