Why doesn't work my account for Soti Academy?

Hello everybody!
I’m a new boy, in the soti’s world.
I need to learn the soti mobicontrol. I alredy received account,
and I activated it at https://partners.soti.net. (for example my soti central works too)
But! After I cant’t to try the soti academy at https://soti.myabsorb.com/#/login.
That isn’t succes, because „You have entered an invalid username and/or password. Please try again.”
What did I mistake? Please help me! Thank you!

SOTI Partner and SOTI Academy are separate logins. You have to request access for it.
You can find that request access on the SOTI Partner site. Navigate to "Training" and then
under "Global Training" to Education Services or SOTI ONE Partner Training. There you will
find the info box:

Then after a while you should get access to the academy portal.

You can also ask your account manager from SOTI. They can grant you access to that site too and
unlock different courses.

I don't know where are all the Soti moderators for this forum.  They simply disappear!! They should be the ones to answer you officially.

For this kind of account access issue, I suggest you to send an email directly to support@soti.net.

Hi János Szluka,

Thank you for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff.

The credentials for Soti Academy would be a separate then the Partner portal and would have been a separate account creation process.

I would suggest following Ozan Acikalin reply with requesting access from the partner link or your Account Manager if you do not have the access yet granted.

If you have created the Soti Academy account and have login trouble please contact support@soti.net directly for a quick resolution.
