DS Logs Showing plenty of erros as "No matching add device rule. Please contact your system administrator (Rule Tag ID)"

Hello SOTI Team,

We are seeing may errors as mentioned in the Subject, we cross checked the Rule ID with our Add device rule but none of them are matching from all  other servers Pilot, Prod and Test.

Can any one help me with this

Hi D Malipatil,

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse.

This error normally means the associated add device rule for device/s have been deleted. We would recommend to never remove these rules.

I would suggest you contact our Technical Support Team to help you further with this. Normally we would create new rule/s and then edit the rule tags to match the ones expected by the affected devices.

Hello,

Appreciate your response, I have checked the earlier logs before this error and we did not deleted any such add device role, that is the weird one which we got the error with the same Add device rule tag ID which is showing up.
